Training when your week has no shape.

Most training plans assume a stable week. They ask you to pick a day and a time, then repeat it. That works right up until the roster changes, the shift overruns, or you finish at an hour when nothing is open. The plan breaks, and it tends to be the person who feels like the problem.
The alternative is to plan for the shape you actually have. Two sessions you attend are worth more than five you intended, and a week that looks nothing like the last one is still a week you trained in. Classes at either end of the day exist so that there is almost always one you can reach.
